My daughter graduated from BESU, Shibpur as a Metallurgy & Materials Engineer. Post that she worked in Accenture for 9 months. After this she pursued MBA in Finance from IIM Lucknow and graduated in the year 2017. She is currently working with HDFC ERGO General Insurance in a People Analytics role based out of CHRO Office. She has 6+ years of work experience in Banking sector having worked in Retail Banking and International Banking profiles in ICICI Bank and Axis Bank. She is also currently pursuing CFA Level 3 and eager to settle in Mumbai for career growth in Banking and Financial Services Industry.
