I am currently employed in a research organization, based at Aberdeen in scotland, as a research scientist. I am a doctorate in hydrology from University of Bristol (UK). I have a masters degree from Indian Institute of Remote Sensing, ISRO and have pursued my B.tech (civil engineering) from West Bengal University of Technology. We belong to a middle class, nuclear family with moderate values. I consider myself a simple and a practical person with a positive attitude.

In my family, there is my mother and my younger sister. My father expired on March, 2019. He was a Civil Engineer, employed in govt. Of West Bengal as a Chief Engineer and director at State water investigation and development (SWID). My sister has finished her BBA-LLB and currently pursuing LLM (Masters in Law). My mother has completed her master's in political science, is a homemaker and sometimes engaged in writing short stories, poems for magazines, etc. They are based in Kolkata and are very important to... more me. I would prefer someone who is able to efficiently balance professional and personal life. Since, currently I am working in UK, would prefer someone who is also based at UK. I have an intention to work here for few more years and apply for a PR, however would also depend on my partners choice if would like to settle here or return back to India. This can be a point of discussion, hence bit flexible at this stage.
