I hold an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida and was a PhD candidate in Computer Science before focusing on my career. Currently, I work as a Senior Software Engineer at Qualcomm Automotive Software, developing advanced internal tools used by nearly all major car brands except Tesla and Lucid. With published research and industry expertise, I am well-respected in my organization for solving complex global challenges, and I aspire to transition into big tech with companies like Google, Meta, OpenAI, or Microsoft.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, cooking, and world cinema, having watched films in over 50 languages. I like swing... more dancing, cycling, squash, and science podcasts. I prefer spicy cuisines like Indian, Japanese, Thai, and Mexican; avoid red meat, sugar, and alcohol; and enjoy diverse music from Sufi to pop in multiple languages. My dream is to tour Europe's great museums in France, Italy, and Germany.

I come from a moderate-valued, close-knit family with roots in Bengal. My father is a businessman, my mother is a homemaker, and I'm an only child. Durga Puja is the festival that brings our extended family of 30 to 40 members together in our village. I share a special bond with my 13-year-old cousin sister, who is my favorite person in the family.
